Over break we had a baby boy, he was 9.1 pounds (translation a REALLY BIG baby)

Stop working on the ATILA SCENE and START THE NEW PROJECTS YET.
If you do not remember where the instructions are, open Maya, open the help menu, and choose Learning Movies. In the pop-up window choose Beginner to Expert : More Maya Resources this will open a web page, choose 3 Learn More. Then choose the appropriate tutorial PDF.
You are to complete all the lessons in Chapter 4, Lessons 1 – 3 and will turn in an Egg Cup, Egg Head, and the Salt Shaker.
You are to complete all the lessons in Chapter 6, Lessons 1 – 3 and will turn in an Tennis Ball Animation, Set Driven Door Animation, and lastly the space ship animation.
The spaceship animation is totally in your own hands. Be creative and show and using all of your skills to date, create a spaceship with as many details as possible. if you have more than one object, you can group all the parts and then animate the group. More details to come. Basically make the ship as awesome as possible. Take your time making the ship before you think about animating it.
*Students are to create their own spaceship and path for the scene.
